About Brunei
Brunei, or “Brunei Darussalam” is a tiny but, thanks to oil, extremely wealthy country in Southeast Asia. Most travelers who visit the country do so as a quick stop over when traveling across Indonesian Borneo. But for those who give this small sultanite nation a longer stay, there is much magic to be discovered here.
From golden pagodas to national forests and lush riverbanks, the country is small but actually packs quite a lot. If you search Google for information about travelling there, you might not find much, and what you do find is likely not that positive. But if you’re open-minded and in for a bit of exploration, you can find charm in Brunei.

When To Visit Brunei
Best Time To Visit Brunei: January-May
The highest tourist season for visiting Brunei is from June to September but in our opinion, you’re better of visiting sometime between January and May when the weather is drier and warm, but not too hot.
If you really want to avoid rain, you’ll want to visit in the driest months of the year, which are February and March. You’ll still avoid the worst part of the summer heat if you visit during these months, and the country won’t be as packed with tourists as it is from June to September in the peak season.
