What child doesn’t grow up wanting to visit all of the world’s best family attractions? Meeting stars from famous cartoon movies and seeing animals play are great for the kids, but there’s plenty to keep the adults busy in Florida as well. Here’s our list of Top Family Sights In Florida that will keep everyone happy aged 1 – 71!

1. Disney World: Of course the top of this list is also the top of every kid’s childhood wish-list. The grand-daddy of all family vacations, the Disney vacation has become an essential family trip for North Americans and the rest of the world! Kids meet their childhood stars and parents will still find joy returning to their favourite rides that have been around since they came here as children. Disney World is a quintessential family trip for all ages.

2. SeaWorld: Kids love animals, and SeaWorld is a world of friendly, aquatic creatures performing for the masses. Many kids would take SeaWorld over DisneyWorld nowadays, and parents may opt for it too when they find great deals booking SeaWorld tickets with FloridaTix. Plan a dinner with Shamu, an exclusive table right next to the big, beloved Orca himself! This is sure to be fun for the whole family.

3. Universal Studios: Maybe not the first pick on a youngster’s family itinerary, but Universal Studios is an under-rated family destination. Most children and parents are blown away by the great entertainment that Universal Studios has to offer. New hit rides include Despicable Me Minion Mayhem and the Simpson’s ride is always a classic!

4. Wet ‘n Wild Orlando: Now we’re talking! Everyone loves rides, and everyone loves the swimming pool, so the addition of a water park on your Florida itinerary will get everyone involved. Especially with multi-person rides like Disco H2O and Brainwash, where the entire family can hop in a tube and blast through the water while being serenaded by music and disco lights. Wet ‘n Wild is one of the world’s most exciting water parks and after a visit here, you’ll probably be buying another ticket for the next day!

5. Florida Key West: Now that you’ve had a rendezvous with Roger Rabbit, you’ve snacked with Shamu, soared over Springfield and blasted through watery tunnels… it’s time for some relaxation! Florida Key West is just the place to kick of your shoes and hit the beach. Or maybe you want to jump on a Massive Cruise ship and take the family to the sea!
