Trekking to Lake Ala Lul in Kyrgyzstan was probably the hardest hike we’ve ever done. Located in the Terskey Alatau mountain range, the highest pass here that we had to cross was at 3,500 meters, which  is just a bit further past this lake.

Even though the trek was difficult, with views like this, who cares?
