This week’s sunset is from Cargese, Corsica!

Travel to Corsica in the off-season! In early May or September when accommodation prices are cheaper and long white sand beaches are just for you only to enjoy, along with these beautiful sunsets each evening. Cargese is a tiny town in around one hour drive from Ajaccio, where Napoleon was born. Corsica is way more different from the mainland France. The people here speak their own language – corsu, the prices for certain goods are lower and you can’t buy property here unless you’ve lived at the island for at least 5 years.

  1. Actually Corsica is a place I’ve been dying to go to since seeing photos of the high, rocky coastline. Looks like a great place for some hiking.

  2. Corsica is still pretty underrated when talking about traveling to France, but it’s so worth it! The scenery and the beaches are way better comparing to the French Riviera.
