The Philippines Embassy is located in the Intramuros part of the City.  Take the LRT line to Central Terminal (12p from Pedro Gil station) and walk the short distance to the Immigration Building on Magellanes Dr.

The Embassy is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 – Noon and 1:00 – 5:00.  The phone number is: 02-527-3257 or 3280.  You must be well dressed, no tank tops, no shorts and no flip-flop sandals.

The processing time for a 38 day extension is 6-8 business days and costs 2050p.  You will need to bring your passport, a photocopy of your passport picture page & your current visa page and the cash.

***Goat Note:  there is a place to make photocopies in the Immigration Building and application forms are available there.

If you need your visa on a rush basis, the cost is 3050p total  and is done within one hour.

The whole process is simple.  You go up to one counter, hand in your filled in application form, passport and photocopies.  You then go to another counter and pay for the visa extension.  You will be given a receipt and be told to come back in an hour (for the same day service).
