While we were staying at Casa Hamaca in Valladolid, we had the opportunity to partake in an amazing day of cooking. Mayans traditionally use pibs to cook different meals in the ground. This video includes our trip to the market, preparing the food and pib, cooking the delicious tamales and eating them too!
