Hailing from the tiny island of Malta, Nikki is a thirty-something-year-old lover of food. A mechanical engineer with a passion for travel, Nikki has traded his full-time job for an indefinite trip around the world with his better half, Michelle, with whom he has also co-founded the travel blog Cheeky Passports. They have travelled to over 60 countries on 5 continents.
